Works great but make sure you have a gun big enough for these they are large than most.

These are an exact match. If you put them in a ford parts bag I wouldn't be able to tell you they are not OEM. Excellent quality. And I have plenty for the future and my other doors.

This will not work for 1993 mustang power door lock actuators. The factory rivet is much thicker and more strong, plus the factory one is shorter. This one wouldn’t work for me because it was too long and would hit the actuator when pressed into place, plus I wanted a more OEM look.

Go to Harbor freight get a 20 buck gun or even better buy there pneumatic one that thing is a beast much easier than messing with hand guns

I used it to reattach a door lock actuator. Worked great and looks factory.

Did the job for the door handle on my 1998 Ford Clubwagon. However when the rod snapped off it was still protruding about 3/16" and quite sharp so I had to grind it down … not easy on a recessed door handle!

Searched several auto parts stores for this rivet, the main purpose was to replace a door lock actuator on a ford van. Which doesn’t come with the new actuator. Sure I could have used a nut and bolt, but this was the correct way to install the new actuator.
