It’s possible all boxes arrive over a couple of days and not at the same time, despite only a single tracking. The items were well packed, organized and in perfect shape. All the items were labeled with small stickers and the assembling, while time consuming due to all the parts was a total breeze. The ratchet allen wrench was a great inclusion and time saver.

I'm very pleased with the appearance and quality. It feels well made and strong. The cushions are firm, but this is necessary for the integrity of the build. I keep a few extra comfort pillows in the storage cube for extra nestling-in. Great for watching wildlife or reading a Kindle.

Overall it was pretty easy to do. I did opt to use a drill bit to make the job go faster. Some parts come slightly crooked but they were easy to bend back to the correct shape. The cushions are a thick sturdy foam that will hold up well and the material feels great. If i end up needing more outdoor furniture i would definitely use this company again. You cant beat great customer service and they were on the ball.

The structure of the couch is strong, and I like the way you can move things around. Tons of built in storage for the pillows, and as we have 2 dogs I like to put the cushions away after each use. Otherwise I’ll get dog hair and paw prints everywhere. My only dislike is the glass on the table. It’s black, and I don’t love w how it looks. I wish it was just clear tempered glass. Overall, good quality for a great price. Would recommended.Takes a couple hours to make sure it's right but looks good overall. I'd recommend buying additional accent pillows that can provide extra support and enhance your look.
