The product that arrived is not what the picture showed. The hook and latch does not run the entire collar! It is only located at the very end. Without the hook and latch being throughout the collar, it basically means the collars are not adjustable from new born and up. There is no way to make them fit properly and safely without trimming the collar, therefore losing the ability to adjust as needed as the pups grow. I was very disappointed.

Not as described or pictured!! There is only 2in of the hook on the under side of the collar. It looks as if the whole collar is hook and loop in the picture and as described but it isn’t! Doesn’t work well for new born puppies!
