The Passky Mini Evaporative Air Cooler with Mist Cooling is a great portable option to bring from room to room, or to help cool small spaces. The lowest setting is pretty quiet. I haven't tried the misting function yet as it isn't hot enough at the moment. I only wish that the cord was a little bit longer. Great value for an efficient product!

Dont get this if you think it can cool down a whole room. The evaporative cooler helps reduce heat and keeps you cool. The misting fan works well and overall, the evaporative cooler will make you feel cooler in a smaller enclosed space. Havent tried it yet but imagine will keep tent nice and cool.

I love how this little thing has a good fan, size, water tank, handle to carry. When I received it I couldn't wait to try it, so I just filled it up with regular tap water and hooked up the USB Type C cable to my cell phone USB ac adapter and turned it on. My kitchen was at 76 degrees and after letting it run down to almost empty, it lowered the temp to 72 degrees. This was done with no ice neither, and sure there is a water tray that you have to empty, but that doesn't bother me.I am hoping to use this thing when I go camping this year, and this time I want to see what ice mixed with water does in this thing. The only real flaw that I saw, I don't know if it was just the one sent to me or not, was that it did not come with a AC/ USB type C adapter. It did show it in the instructions, but mine did not come with one. I am not knocking off a star for that cause I have a bunch of these laying around the house.Has a mist strength adjustment setting, 3 speed fan setting, timer setting, and a RGB light setting, which I have not really played with (yet).

I'm sure most people are starting to either pull fans out of their storage or are looking for new fans. These cooler fans have really been a great find, because they work as a normal fan, but that blast from the mist is great on warm days. Add some ice cubes, and it's even better. Of course, depending on the tank size, you may need to replace the water every couple of hours (this one seems to last around 1 1/2 to 2 hours on a fill, with light misting). This I don't worry about because I have water bags, and I can get about 3 refills off one bag. It's light enough, though, that you can carry it around to refill with water, when needed. It's actually rather powerful, too, on it's highest setting. Has a water tray and blinds to be able to get the air to flow in the direction you need. What I didn't realize was that it has a light, RGB lights to be exact. I haven't really used that feature, but it's nice to have.Oh, and it does need to stay plugged in, so this is not a rechargeable fan. Now, the reason I took off a star is because, for me, anyway, when ever I turn it off, I have to take out the plug and plug it back in for it to turn on again. Which is kind of odd, but it does continue to work like usual after that. That's probably the only "issue" with it, but it's not enough to stop me from buying it. Plus, it's only $20.

I bought this to take with me for camping in the desert. I needed a lightweight, portable fan and humidifier in one.Pros: Very quiet and weighs practically nothing. The vinyl carrying strap makes it easy to tote around as well. Does give off some decent cooling air but you need to be right next to it to feel the air.Cons: Not a rechargeable unit - it must be plugged in to work. The humidifier feature doesn't really work that well. Water kind of drips slowly from to the top of the unit in front of the fan blades and the unit depends solely on air to push the water out towards you... but it doesn't really get much out.Overall if you need a easy to use fan for personal use then this is a great inexpensive option. But if you need more wind and a decent amount of water in the air, this won't cut it.

I have a special needs teenager that saw a larger version of one of these at a family member’s home and has been wanting one for a long time. When I saw this one at an affordable price, I thought we would give it a try. I let my son set it up himself, but I did have to help a little bit because the directions weren’t super clear. After looking online to try to find some user instructions, I figured out that water only goes in the top reservoir. The bottom tray I assume is for the water condensation, but that was never made clear in the little instruction pamphlet.I would love it if they would have video instructions for those who never used something like this before. Admittedly, it’s not super hard to set up, but if you’re not used to it, you’re not sure where to put what. That being said, it uses just plain tap water, which is easy to access. We chilled our tapwater to make it a little cooler. My son loves putting it by his bedside and he really likes it. I think we will eventually have to upgrade to a little bit bigger one to cool his entire room better but it’s great for right by the bedside or for a desktop fan. We live in a hot humid climate and, even with the AC going, some rooms just don’t have that much airflow, so something like this is awesome. Even though it does use water, it doesn’t make the area wet at all. For the price, I recommend it.
