Very well packed. A lot of styrofoam cardboard. Remove the foam before trying to remove the glass. The glass was dirty/dark. No problem, a bit of glass cleaner and paper towels took care of that.Suggestion: Include a poster board circle that fit the base that could be use as a template to cut out some felt or velvet for the bottom.The base was cheep / tinny. But does the job.Didn't need two. Only needed the larger one. Would have preferred to save $20 and only purchased the larger. Oh well, will have to find a use for the smaller one.

I ordered this set of cloches just for the large size one. I’ve been looking for one of a larger size for a while. The only ones I could find were crazy expensive… like $150+ for just the one, and those only had wooden bases or no base. These were $85 for set and while I only wanted the one, it was still a lot less expensive and with the metal base they are way nicer. They look amazing and the quality is superior. The glass is very thick and heavy. I’m really happy with this purchase. ( I had originally purchased these from Amazon warehouse, trying to save a few bucks, but when they came they were missing their bases. I’m assuming someone opened the box and took those then returned them. I sent them back and reordered them at full price. Second time was a charm and I got the domes and bases. Just a heads up to not order these from the warehouse)
