Your old 1969-1972 Wiper Control Valve may be the root cause of your vacuum leak. Replace it with our reproduction Valve for your C3 Corvette. It is located under the passenger side wiper arm, Just look at the base of arm and you will see it. It works like this; When you turn wiper switch off, wiper arms should come down in park position and activate this switch, now the door will start to come down, it activates another switch on firewall, if arms are parked, wiper door goes to closed position not damaging wiper arms. Engineering nightmare solved!
