The batteries fit my drill and were capable of being charged with the old charger. Price is half of original cost of other batteries.

Absolute Garbage, Don’t Waste Your Money!Compared to the OEM that are a few years old, they don’t last very long, and overheat easily.At which point they can’t be recharged for a while.Unfortunately I waited too long to test them and can’t return them.If you want them they’ll be in the recycling bin at the dump station!

Welp, my original Porter Cable batteries finally lost their ability to hold their charge after about 9 years. I was debating between buying a whole new set of tools since PC doesn't make these batteries anymore. Figured I'd roll the dice with these new batteries before dropping some coin on new tools, since the ones I have are still good, they just need juice.I was skeptical about getting these, mostly because they're off-brand so who knows what you're getting. But these actually work quite well. I've been using them for about 10 months now, and they hold their charge pretty darn close to the original Porter Cable batteries. I charge them with my original charger without any problems. So for a DIYer/homeowner like me, these are just fine. Can't say how they'd hold up to more rigorous abuse like a contractor, but I'd bet 1) they'd work just fine, and 2) no legitimate contractor is still using decade-old battery-powered tools, anyway! hahaNow I just gotta figure out where to recycle my old batteries...

Acheter des batteries sur Amazon c'est comme une boîte de chocolat tu ne sais jamais sur quoi tu vas tomber. Ce coup-ci, les batteries sont bonnes, elles font ce que doivent faire des batteries, c'est-à-dire activer le moteur d'une perceuse pour induire une rotation suffisamment rapide pour visser une vis ou faire un trou avec une mèche. Et ce, sans discontinuité pendant plusieurs minutes. Mission accomplie!!!

The batteries arrived quickly. They had a small charge that I used up in order to charge them to full capacity. I started a project with both of them charged and almost finished cutting 15 pieces of MDF before both of them gave out. Luckily I still had a third, original, battery for my Saws. Honestly, for the money, it was worth it. Didn't alleviate my frustration with the batteries dying before I finished by project. I guess it didn't help to be cutting through 2 3/4 MDF pieces at the same time...kills batteries. However, reluctant to buy a chorded set of power tools as I don't use them as often. I will keep using my power tools until these replacement batteries give out...then consider my options.

I have only had them a couple of months, so we will see how well they do over time, but in the short time I have had them, I have been very happy! They are a GREAT value for the money. The case seems a little lighter duty than the OEM batteries, but they have every bit as much power, and last as long as the Porter Cable ones that came with the set. I would definitely buy these again before I would pay for another OEM battery. I highly recommend them.

I have a multi tool shed of porter cable electric tools including were separating saw the grill spotlight etc. and overtime the original battery packs developed memory to the point where they were down low power of the devices for a few minutes at best. After looking online I found these and bought them and have been very happy with the performance. For me it was like getting an entirely new tool set because now I can use the ones I already have instead of buying again. On time delivery. Very happy with this purchase.
