About this item

  • Adapter slides on your battery easily and locks on just like a drill would
  • Adapter gives you access to the electrical terminals for electrical projects
  • Adapters are Injection Molded with Nylon 6 Reinforced with glass fibers.
  • These adapters are Heavy duty and can be used indoors and outdoors
  • The mold, stamp, brass terminals, and adapters were made in the USA

Adapters Proudly Made in the USA. Adapters are made of glass reinforced nylon 6 (PA6-GF30) which is the same material the drills are made out of. Adapters have 6 countersunk bolt/screw holes for mounting on walls, vehicles, etc , bolts/screws not included. Adapter has 2 6.3 mm brass male spade connectors over molded into the adapter that you plug your wires into. Terminals are 20 gauge yellow brass which is 70 percent copper 30 percent zinc for high power applications. Adapters have pluses and minuses on both sides of them indicating the positive and negative terminals. Adapter is based on my best selling 3d printed model but this is 5x stronger, and can be used outdoors. DISCLAIMER THESE UNITS DON'T HAVE ANY PROTECTION CIRCUITS IN THEM, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The following bullet points are directions on how to use this injection molded Milwaukee M18 battery Adapter. The first step is to mount the adapter where you want it, the holes are for M4, #8, or other flat head screws. Run your preferred wire (silicone, pvc, pe, nylon etc .) and preferred gauge (10, 12, 14, 16 etc .) to the adapter. Solder wires onto brass terminals or crimp female 6.3 mm spades onto your wires, and plug them into the adapter. You can run your wires horizontally or vertically out of the adapter, vertically stays inside the adapter for a low profile. Additional helpful Information You can connect most batteries in parallel and/or series if the batteries are exactly the same. If you don't want to over discharge your battery use a digital low voltage protector disconnect If you want a higher voltage like 24, 36, 48, or 60 volts use a dc to dc step up boost converter If you want a lower voltage like 5 or 12 volts use a dc to dc buck converter

Great product to breathe new life into old tools. Much better fit on batteries than other adapters on the market

Wired two of 'em in parallel to give a hella long runtime to a kids John Deere gator, they love it. VERY worth the money, these are much sturdier than others I've seen.

The six mounting holes make them super strong. One of the first pair I received was broken in the package when it arrived. They sent a new pair out right away. I used them to modify my electric skateboard. I hooked up two M18s in series. I’ve been banging them around on the bumpy road for a while now ... still working great. Might get another pair for another project. Happy!

I'm very impressed with these. They are NOT 3D printed. They are molded in a very good quality plastic. The connection blades are real brass and firmly molded into the plastic. I like these better than other brands as I can choose the quality of wire to use.......as well as gauge, conductor type...etc. This is a well designed and manufactured product.

Nicely made. Needs to have all tabs for battery to be able to trigger circuits on other items. Some drills need to see the voltage on a single cell to turn on.

So far working great! I have used them on a variety of projects from making a 36 volt kids electric bike to run on two Milwaukee batteries to powering a 12v air compressor with a m18 battery.

Solid construction, good fit to M18 battery, spade electrical connectors seem molded into place and do not move, also solid. Make your own wires to attach and you have instant power from your Milwaukee 18 volt batteries. Exactly what I was looking for.
