I'm a carpenter and use these all the time. They can set 23g which is mainly what i use them for.

These spring tools work great and are very handy to have around to set nails and I also use them to remove door hinge pins. These tools are typical and on-par with other similar tools that I've owned. The spring tools are as described and pictured on Amazon - 5 Stars from me

Really good for setting nails when you don't want to damage the wood that it is being driven into. Less of a chance of the traditional nail set slipping and damaging the wood near the nail. Also, great for small spaces where it is hard to swing a hammer

These are great for setting nails when you don't want to damage the wood and you don't have much room to swing a hammer. Simply put the punch on the nail head then pull back and release the other end and let the spring do the work. Very well made, sturdy.

This spring-loaded nail set from YUEARN is well made and the spring is strong giving a good blow to the nail head with each strike. It works best for me when the brad nail is started with a hammer and the final set of the brad head is done with this nail set. When completed, the brad head sits flush with the wood surface with no disturbance of the wood surrounding the brad. After getting use to the spring force and developing a technique, I was able to get consistent results.

The dual-head nail setter features two sizes (3/32" and 1/8") and works as expected. The spring-loaded mechanism helps ensure that nails are set accurately without damaging surrounding surfaces. I’ve found it useful for trim and finish work, where precision is key. The compact design makes it easy to maneuver, and it delivers a solid performance. For smaller tasks, this tool is an effective and convenient option.

Occasionally my brad nailer will fail me and leave a nail head slightly sticking out. I've always used a nail punch and a hammer, but it can be easy to drift off and end up with a hole. These are great because you can line right up on the nail and carefully tap it in exactly the depth you need it. Didn't know this was something I was missing. Definitely recommend.

This type of nail set is much easier to use than the traditional one you tap with a hammer. There's less likelihood of slipping and making a hole next to the nail you're trying to set, and it's perfect for getting into tighter spots. Double Sided so it's useful for different size nails or pins. And you get two, one to lose and one to keep (haha), or one for the garage and one for the house.
