First of all the product came in broken with two of the screws completely not attached my husband was nice enough to put it back together which was not ideal . Then after all that I when to try and use this product which I got so that I can do my ankle physical therapy exercises at home . To wood peace’s move which is extremely unsafe so not only did I have to put it together which should be done before shipping and the fact that it is unsafe to use and can case more injury is completely unacceptable to me. If I could give it negative stars and put a warning on it for future users, I would.

It's well made, but doesn't offer enough height when rocking side to side or front to back to be very effective at developing muscles for balance. I wouldn't buy it again.

The slant board can be used for squats, calf stretching, and physical therapy especially if you have tight hips, knees, and ankles. The adjustable angles make it easy to find the perfect position for each exercise, and I can really feel a deep stretch in my calves and lower legs. It’s also been great for balance exercises, making me feel more stable and strong. However, the material feels cheap and flimsy, like it could break easily and might not last very long. This makes me concerned about its durability over time.

It is a simple design with unfinished materialIt is the kind of thing that looks like you could make it at home with the right equipment (i.e. a scroll saw). However, by the time you buy the materials and put it together, you would have way more invested than the reasonable price of this device. I use it for quad exercises related to meniscus pain and stretching the plantar fascia. It does both well.
