These coloring stickers are cute, but are suitable only for kids. They are definitely not for adults. The drawings are cute, but the themes would be difficult for kids to understand. One pack is rooms in a house, and the other pack is shops that sell things like ice cream and pizza. And then there are extra pages that are just small decals an inch or two. The paper is not glossy so you could either use colored pencils or markers although I think markers would work better. Once the decals are colored, you can peel them off and put them on a notebook or water bottle. If you are looking for coloring for relaxation, this is not it. This would be good for a quick activity for kids while waiting in a restaurant or something to keep them busy inside on a rainy day.
