Bought for my TT-02 (a little overkill but I didn’t know 35kg was a lot then), I have upgraded or replaced every other major component on the car except for this servo. It has survived countless high speed crashes and continues to reliably steer to this day.

This is a good replacement servo for your RC needs. I appreciate the fact that it comes with a aluminum metal serval horn right from the factory. The metal servo housing allows for good heat dissipation. Still gears and ball bearings help make the servo work easier and offer list resistance. For the price it is a fair servo offering better speed and power then most of the budget replacement servos floating around on Amazon. This price point puts it out of the budget options but below the super servos as well. It fits sort of as a super budget upgrade. The servo is best used in a 1/8 to 1/10 scale environment.

Installed it on my fcx10 k5 and it only lasted a couple runs till it started acting weird. Would turn the wheels if I hit any bumps. I think it was a loose connection in the wiring.

My front yard ends at Puget Sound - saltwater. So all of the electronics in my RC float planes and boats have to stand up to that corrosive water on a routine basis. Although just about any servo can claim to be waterproof, they are NOT. One of my fast boats is not self-righting so when it flips it is going to get wet inside. It was common, despite extra waterproofing, to replace the steering servo after almost every flip. Not anymore, this little guy has held up well despite being dunked several times.

Bought this some months ago and finally got around to installing it. Figures it’s got issues. There’s a lot of play in it dead center. You can turn but can’t go straight since all the play. Wish I would’ve tried it when I got it. Now is a paper weight. Check your servo when you get it
