Absolutely a beast to use. Really hard and clunky. The melted sugar comes out in no uniform way, so is hard to know how to react next. No precision at all. Takes too much effort to get something created. And also you can hardly get anything going before you need to switch cartridge, so it creates a break again on what you are doing. The video on the company site feels like a scam. If you watch carefully the person is just dripping the sugar on the tower they have as the example, never see her creating any part of it. So you will need a lot of patience.

Not very well put together, goes through cartridges quickly. Difficult to use, not very practical to use.

My son and I have used this tool to decorate cookies and a cake since receiving the Chef. It took a little getting used to, but after a little experimentation, we've been having a blast! The product is, overall, easy to use and makes decorating fun (especially for someone like me, who is terrible at decoration). We haven't tried it with baking molds yet, but we're looking forward to doing so!
