I could not find any instructions included, but I’ve set up enough tents in my life to figure out things. There is also a video on the Amazon website to assist in the setup if needed.The tent portion is made from a reinforced plastic, with a nylon cover for the mesh openings to deflect rain. Some tiny stakes are included to secure the tent, but those aren’t too effective in a strong wind when the ground is sand. I found that out setting up the tent on the beach. I managed to get enough camping equipment inside that the weight held the tent in place.The description indicates there is room for 4-6 people, but I don’t feel that many will fit inside. There was ample room for 2 of us; but I could only see enough room for one more adult, and that would be a tight fit. If there were 2 small children, they would seem to be enough room, but that seems to be the limitThe tent, cover, poles, and parts came in a compact bag. However, when trying to fold together everything, I simply could not easily fit all the components back into that bag. I attempted 3 times to get things folded properly to fit, but finally gave up and just tied off the tent and cover. The poles and stakes were easy to get back into the bags provided for those.I consider this to be a fair value at under $60.00. The reinforced plastic is very difficult to rip, and the setup was quick.

Easy fast set-up. I set it up all by myself. The side wall windows zip for wind proof , waterproof seal and comes with rain canopy. Easy to open the windows and/or doors to Customize and use it how you wish. Made from Good quality material it is sturdy when put in place. All of the zipper, clips are hardware is strong. I AM VERY IMPRESSED! This is a good looking tent too. Fits the flat bed of my pickup truck. With good Sq Feet of interior space for 2 can fit comfortably inside.Great addition to you campsite
