Matches photos and description. I really got it for the grip strength trainer, and that was super easy to adjust and use. I like the finger strengthener too. The stress ball and ring feel like they're more for kids, but they're nice additions to the set. My only suggestion is to maybe include an instruction card or something because even though most of it was self-explanatory, I did have to look back on the product photos in the listing to make sure I was using the hand/finger exerciser right.

I don't have a ton of experience on this type of equipment, but overall this seems to be a decent set at a reasonable value (~$10). The grip trainer is adjustable and there's a marking to suggest a min and max weight in kg, but it's otherwise more of a "feel" than an exact adjustment, still good that it's not just static like some of the other accessories included. There's a counter on this grip trainer that counts double digits from 00 to 99 and vague "RESET" and "RESET DIRECTION" instructions with arrows that don't make sense to me. The counter reset/adjustment knob does not seem to push or pull as the arrows might indicate and while it does turn, it would take several turns to adjust it back to 0 from say 55.The squeeze finger trainer is static, with no adjustments, but it's a good starting point. The pull finger trainer is the jankiest tool included and could very well be the first one to break. The resistance adjustment is just clipping the band at different marked increments, but the clip is too closed for this to slide in/out effortlessly. I can imagine that with time as the rubber and plastic ages, either the rubber or the clip will give/break.The avocado-looking stress ball thing is comfortable and easy to squeeze while idling/reading/desk work with an interesting texture. The "O" ring endurance trainer is similarly easy to use throughout an office day without attracting too much attention or getting "what is that?" questions.

Love the gripper and counter, the others don't get used as much at my house but it's cool to have the extras to strengthen your fingers as well. I wish it had come with a bag or carrying case like the other we had purchased.

This is a very complete set of hand and finger exercisers at a very reasonable cost. The hand exerciser is adjustable in resistance from 5kg to 60kg and has a built in counter which I haven't seen before. There is one finger stretcher and one finger exerciser with two additional soft rubber pieces, egg and ring shaped to squeeze. Should be helpful for any hand problem.

I bought this set to help with hand strength after an injury, and it has been a game-changer. The adjustable resistance allows me to start light and slowly increase intensity. The handles are comfortable, and the compact size makes it easy to use anywhere—at home, in the office, or while traveling. Very satisfied with this purchase!
