This is a classic (albeit somewhat dastardly) prank product. There have been numerous itching powders marketed over the years made from a variety of substances which claim to be annoying but harmless. As far as I can tell, that is what this is as well. It does cause itching (though perhaps not as much as one might expect) and in my testing did not cause any other adverse reactions. However, while I can certainly appreciate a classic prank from my youth, my hesitation about this product is that neither its description nor its packaging clearly identify what substances are actually contained within the package. As such, I would recommend extreme caution before using this.
