Soft PVC material. Easily fits both kids and adults and very comfortable on the arms. Doesn’t leak air like some of its competitors. Quick and easy to blow up and roll on to arms. Great product

I got these for my three children to use while swimming in the pool. They're all taking lessons this summer, but I just feel better with the bit of added help these give. I love that you get three with this set, and the colors couldn't be more perfect for my kids. I also like that the colors really pop. The material they're made of feels quite durable, and they're really easy to blow up. My kids say they're comfortable to wear, too. Also, they're super portable, since they fold down to barely anything. As a mom, I love that these give the kids a bit of a confidence boost and that they help keep them safer in the water.
