Does not charge-it drains existing charge- I put the ring on the charger at 63% it went down to 37% after an hour.

This is a nice alternative to the stock Oura ring charger because it contains a battery, so it's portable, and it has a lid, to keep your ring safe and in place. It's rechargeable via USB-C, and it's good for a couple of full cycles, from what I've experienced. I caution you to be sure you order the right size for your ring - I did not, so I had to take a Dremel to the inside holder and sand it down to fit my ring. Not a huge deal, just a miss on my part. The only downside is that the lid on mine is a little too easy to open, I would have liked some more resistance there to help keep my ring in place if it's in my pocket or luggage. Other than that, this is great for travel and I recommend it.
