The Hydrothermal Synthesis Autoclave Reactor is composed of PTFE liner and stainless steel shell.
PTFE liner can not only provide a closed reaction space, but also can be resistant to strong acid and strong alkali and other corrosive chemicals,
can meet the special requirements for the synthesis of some materials.
The sealing effect can be achieved by tightening the cap and the body, and the sealing effect is long-term stable without leakage.
Features:
1. High temperature resistance: PTFE material actual measuring operating temp, advise safe operating temp. ≤ 180℃.
2. Low temperature resistance: -196℃ could keep 5%.
3. Ultra corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acid, strong base, aqua regia and all kinds of organic solvent.
4. Insulation resistance: dielectric properties have nothing to do with temperature and frequency.
5. High lubrication: the friction coefficient of solid materials is lowest.
6. No adhesion: don't adhere to any material, self lubricity is strong, the friction coefficient of solid materials is 0.04.
