I was super excited to use this electric grading machine. I have one very similar to it, but instead of it being electric, you have to turn the handle to grate the cheese and it does take a bit of effort, especially if the cheese is frozen. This way you can just put the Cheese in the shoot turn it on and it grates it for you which right there is reason to buy it. But it gets better than that you can also put ice and to make a shaved ice very similar to a snow cone and oh my gosh I think that is so cool. It just does not work on ice and cheese, there several differentfood items you can use in here to include vegetables, herb, spices, or whatever else. If you have one of these and you just want to take it a step further, definitely grab this.

So far I don't have any complaints. Its kind of like a mandolin but electric and more safe. I am not scared I'm accidentally going to slice my finger off when slicing potatoes or cucumbers or accidently cut myself on it in a drawer if someone forgot to put the safety on (its happened). My favorite feature is the ice shaving feature. I love that it has many attachments for alot of different tasks.
