This is an excellent cake cutter. I am trash at "torting" or cutting cake layers into thinner layers and I even s suck at leveling off the top of my cakes. I always end up with a slant no matter how hard I try to get an even cut. I had a much more flimsy version of a cake slicer that helped but it was hard to control since it was flimsy. This is so solid it makes cutting layers a breeze. It's very well made with actual blades for cutting the cake, not just piano wires like other cutters. The blades are easily adjustable by loosening the wing nuts, adjusting the blade, and tightening the wing nut.

must have for any baker and makes layering a cake so simple. give you the ability to make one large cake and Leven even layers. great quality and super durable. easy to wipe and use and easy to store
