Versatile and such a great way to make your own chocolate bars and control the quality of your ingredientsThe mold is large and makes it easy to use whatever ingredients you wantI prefer the larger size because it makes making the bars it more worthwhileThe silicone mold is a little bit thin for my liking but I'm going to hand clean themI don't typically put things this delicate through the dishwasher even though it says you can do so

A little thinner than I expected but it did make them easy to clean and use. They've held up after 3 or 4 uses so they seem to be pretty durable and nice for the price.

I had so much fun using these molds! The silicone is high quality, flexible, and completely non-stick, making it easy to pop out the chocolate bars once they’ve hardened. I’ve used them to make homemade chocolate bars with nuts and caramel, and even protein bars for a healthy snack. They’re also super easy to clean—just rinse them with warm water, and they’re good as new. If you enjoy DIY treats, these molds are perfect!

Just the right amount of thickness. It isn't flopping all over the place when I pour chocolate into it like some other molds I've used. It releases super easily. Clearing is easy as well. I like the size, however eating a chocolate bar that big will be quite the task, but it will make practicing making Dubai chocolate a lot easier than using smaller molds.

These are okay. Not quite the size is was expecting. Pretty easy to use. The quality of the mold is less than desired. But I can't complain too much for the price. Pretty easy to clean.

This mold is almost ¾” deep, which makes it perfect for creating filled chocolate bars—think peanut butter cups in bar form or a Dubai chocolate bar with pistachio filling. If you’re just looking to make a solid chocolate bar, keep in mind that it would be too thick to eat comfortably.I was particularly impressed with the shine on my chocolate after tempering. It was better than I’ve ever achieved before, which made my Dubai chocolate bar look fantastic. If you’re into making gourmet-style chocolate at home, this mold does the job well.As for concerns about NSF 51 Certification, I think that might be a bit of an overreaction. These molds aren’t meant for professional candy-makers—they’re for home cooks who might make a few chocolate bars a year. In my case, they’ll probably end up sitting in a drawer unused forever, but I enjoyed using them for this experiment.
