Product worked for a while but stopped blowing air eventually. I registered on their website (which hasn't been updated since 2020) and it says "24 hours Online Customer Service" well there is nobody responding to me for assistance.

Has a strong fan. My bedroom is 20x15 and it keeps it cold. Great backup ac.

Not very efficient in cooling off the room, louder than average, really don’t like how it kicks off for a couple seconds then kicks back on about every 10-15 minutes.

My apartment has awning windows so I couldn't install a traditional window-unit AC. So I chose this portable. Had to have a piece of plywood cut to fit the window frame and through which to run the vac hose, as well as buy an extra elbow and hose extension due to how high my bedroom awning window is from the floor, but once that was all done, this thing became a summer savior. One feature I really like is the dehumidifier fan. I live in Chicago and our summers can be very humid. Thus, when I run the dehumidifier fan it cools things down as if the air conditioning is running. In fact, I have only run the air conditioner mode a handful of times the entire summer. The dehumidifier fan has been more than enough. My only criticims are minor. One, the sleep mode doesn't really work for me as it requires the unit to power up and down throughout the night. I am often a light sleeper and the stop/start stuff wakes me up. Maybe I could get used to it -- who knows -- but it's kind of a useless feature for me. Also, as powerful as the unit is for my master-size bedroom, I am not sure it could cool my whole apartment as the 450 ft. claim suggest.Still, it's been a good product thus far. Now it's just a matter of how long it lasts.

I have one central air unit in my two story home; so the upper level is a bit warmer especially when cooking, working out, or having company. This air conditioner kept my living room and dining room cooler and made cooking bearable in the summer. It didnt reach the bedrooms in the height of the heat. But thats fine because the main rooms were cooler. It’s not a noisy unit, but I needed to turn up the tv a bit louder to hear over the unit. It’s easy to set up, the only harder part was connecting the hose onto the back of the unit. It didnt twist on as easy as the directions make it seem. The panel for the windows is easily sizable. The unit is on wheels and slides away easy. The remote control is great. I put mine on dehumidifier sometimes and that help to have less water collect in the bottom.Great buy.

Ridiculously easy to set up and install. I was first using it in an attic space that was extremely hot with a small window and for the Wind Attachment I ended up Tracing a piece of cardboard Because the window itself was too small But it worked great Period When I moved into my new apartment My mover Never Grab the window attachments or The vent So I borrowed Event And window pieces From a friend Old unit Period with a little bit of Tape in Ingenuity It worked great Period Overheat In the summertime And sometimes It causes A seizure So it's really nice To have A unit that works well Period It definitely covers 400 square feet but I wouldn't try pushing much more than that, I mean it can but ideal Cooling is within 400 ft.When I first moved into my new apartment I thought I was going to have this in the kitchen but had to move it to the living room and then I rearranged things a few times thankfully this is super easy to move and it's pretty lightweight I've had to prop it on chairs or other furniture to save on floor space. It's pretty quiet when it's running. Sometimes I can't tell if it's on as in running or if it's just the fan I have going next to it. I keep a fan next to it so the fan can move the cool air in the direction of bedroom. When it reaches my desired temperature, it shuts off, not powered off though. It has a sleep mode, dehumidifier and fan. Plus, you can change it between Fahrenheit and Celsius. It also has a timer. And probably the best thing about it, I've only ever had to empty the water once so far this summer. Other portable floor models I've had, they've needed to be emptied sometimes once a day. And they needed to have a drain and a bucket for the water to go from the drain. This unit has that capability but I don't need to use it

Installing it took me about 30 min. I was a little confused at some points like which side was the front and back of the panels. The size is compact for a portable air conditioner. My room is 180 sq ft. And it cools the entire room well. It’s kinda noisy but I do not mind it bc it can be soothing. Definitely a more budget friendly option compared to the name brand ones.
