I submitted a complaint back in December 2024 and again in January 2025 regarding missing parts from this package. Specifically, two small curtain hooks with wheels were missing. I never received any response!

This worked just fine to set up a green screen. Easy to bend.

These are awesome, best manual ceiling I’ve used. I hated the plastic ones that come in a roll and a pain to straighten.Used in bay window, easy to bend the 135 angle required. Mounts sturdy, good quality. I used to hang 10’ sheers behind curtains.

I had a very ugly HVAC to hide in my laundry room but ceiling lights and vents made a traditional rod impossible. This bendable track was perfect! It was easy to install and it turned my ugly laundry room into a pretty area I’m no longer embarrassed for guests to see.

2 cheers for this item. Once fitted, it works really well. The track and runners are well engineered and cope well even with heavy curtains. But the fitting instructions are very poor, and some of the fittings are frustratingly just short of the standard of the main product.I fitted this to a bay window. The track can be bent to shape, but the instructions give no guidance on how to achieve that. The rigidity of the track means you need considerable force and the track needs to be held in a vice or Workmate at one end preferably to get a successful bend where you need it.I needed to fit the track to the ceiling. The grub screws securing the joining brackets are too long, so they can't be used for ceiling hanging, as the track won't then fit in the support brackets. The joining plates are a snug fit, so the track can be joined using them without securing them with the grub screws. But only time will tell whether they might creep out of position and cause problems with the security and smooth running of the curtains. The ceiling brackets require you to tilt the track, slide it into the bracket and snap it into place. But if you have had to bend the track, it is not possible to do that. The only way is to fit the bracket first, then screw the bracket via the holes to the side of the track. None of this has apparently been considered nor addressed by whomever wrote the very limited instructions.Someone who was not an experienced DIY-er would struggle to fit this without spending hours on the task and probably making mistakes along the way which would surely result in drilling holes in the wrong place and having to make good afterwards. The product is basically well made and likely to be durable, but lack of imagination and testing over the design of the ceiling fixings and joining plates means it could have been so much better if executed with more care.

This flexible curtain rod is PERFECT. Some things to know though.Warnings about trouble curving it are spot on. Measure well and build a jig. Get someone with muscles to help.I have long heavy drapes on them in a bay window. Drapes slide well and make a smooth sound that always reminds me, "I did this!"

I do agree with some previous comments that the instructions aren’t very helpful. However I don’t agree with other comments that the rail is hard to bend. I bent it very easily on my knee. Seems a good strong curtain rail. Very smooth running

I was a little nervous about bending these but just bent them a little at a time trying to keep to the shaping for my bay windows. I just bent them on my knee moving it along so not to overstress any one area of the track I was pleased with the result. But it it's easy to fit onto the ceiling but perseverance and patients prevailed.I was pleased with the quality and thought the value for money was excellent.

The installation of the rail is very straightforward. I first thought the bending part would be hard, it turns out to be pretty easy. It was very easy to bend it to your desired angles without put in too much effort. The bending part does not affect the wheel sliding across the area. When we finished the installation, the wheels are able to slide freely on the turns. This whole set works as how it was described. And the quality of the product definitely worth the price.

It was actually harder to bend than it states, but i finally got it where I needed it to be in order to have the hooks and curtain to roll correctly, only to notice I was missing 3 of the hooks it stated I should have.It is heavier duty than expected though.

Doubtful about the quality when I ordered, but I was wrong, the rail is very sturdy, easy enough to bend and brackets are very good. When bending you have to gently manipulate the rail and it will form neatly. Mine went in to a 5 sided bay so every length had a bend at some point. It all came out really evenly and is solid, I did use my own screws and plugs though, the ones included looked insufficient. The joints on the rails are a little crude, but they hold solid and the hooks run past them without issue. Only came with 40 roller hooks so for a big window you should order extra.I’ve not yet hung the curtains, which are very heavy, but I will update the review after a few weeks of running them.So far though, really good.

I have a wide set of bay windows and 20 ft ceiling living room. I could not find any hardware that would follow our 180" wide bay window curve. This ceiling tracks is the best system for us and is of great quality: sturdy yet bendable to easily make it follow the curve without compromising the look. My living room is transformed with this ceiling tracks system. My only recommendation is to use some cornice or ceiling crown molding to hide the hardware from showing if you like a clean formal appearance. It makes your room even taller and more elegant. Love this system and would like to try and add motorization to it. I wish they added more rollers for fuller look of draping. I had to purchase more of them separately.
