I have plantar fascilitis and high arches. I have been doing this board every day for just 3-5 mins a day. I can tell a difference. After doing it a week I was able to increase the time. I had to start off slow and with my other foot barely off the ground. The board is easy to pack and I took it out of town with me last weekend. This is just as durable and sturdy as ones that cost more. Good value for the money.

I got this Juoe Ankle and Foot Strengthener because I figured doing some strengthening exercises in my spare time would hopefully help strengthen my ankles and balance. I find I roll my ankles sometimes while hiking, not to the point of injury, but any extra strength in this area would be a bonus. After setting this up and using it for the first time, it is surprisingly challenging. I can feel it after a few seconds as I try to balance and it is not as easy as I expected. I actually feel it quite a bit all the way up in my thighs, hips, and glutes, which surprised me, but those muscles must also be helping to support the balancing and this engages them all.The quality is nice and it uses basic materials like laminated wood, rubber, and hook and loop strips. You can adjust the different pieces of wood underneath to adjust which parts you balance on allowing you to vary the exercises and adjust the stability. The bottom pieces that go on the floor are rubber so they stay in place and don't scratch your floors.I do wish this came as a two pack. The product is nice, but it feels like it would work well in a pair and that way you could stand on two of them at once to be at the same height and could potentially use it standing at a desk or doing another activity. So while it is a good product, I do feel like it could be a better value.Overall I am really happy with this. I think it will be a great addition to working out and will help train some really hard to isolate muscles. If you're looking for ways to improve balance and increase ankle strength, this is a good addition to your workout kit.

This board does what it claims, it helps with balance and ankle mobility exercises. It’s lightweight, easy to store, and stable enough for daily use. That said, the wobble range is somewhat limited, and it’s more subtle than expected. This might be ideal for beginners or those in early stages of recovery, but not as challenging for advanced users. Also, the surface, while anti-slip, may feel abrasive if used barefoot for long sessions. Wearing shoes or grippy socks helps.Decent for general therapy or home use, but athletes or those seeking aggressive rehab may want a higher-tilt option. Overall, it’s a worthwhile investment for strengthening and stabilizing the feet, ankles, and lower body.

Added this to my morning mobility routine, great for working on balance and stability. The board is lightweight and easy to move around, but sturdy enough to hold my weight.

This is a well made tool to use in your home gym. It is really works well. The ability to move the pieces to strengthen different angles is very important. If you have weak ankles this will definitely help.

This one is a very interesting exercising device for the foot!I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’ve never seen or experienced it in person. Of late, I’ve been looking into optimizing the health and the strength of my feet. I am flat-footed and have mild bunions (that haven't really changed for better or worse in years and years). I got very interested in different ways of strengthening the feet to make sure the problem doesn’t aggravate with time and maybe even gets reversed. I incorporated a few practices into my day, like barefoot walking, walking on river rocks, rolling a tennis boll or a special roller, foot massage, toe spacers, etc. This device caught my eye and I immediately decided to try it. It arrived very quickly. It seems like it can be used in a variety of ways, one part of it can be stable and the other part wobbly, or both can be made wobbly to challenge your balance. After trying all the possible combinations, I realized that my favorite way to exercise is to place my forefoot on the smaller stable part and the rest of the foot on the wobbly one. I noticed that even if I manage to keep a steady balance, the foot is incredibly active, working hard to maintain it with a lot of micro movements. I feel some amount of tension in the heel, ankle and even the rest of the leg. A lot of muscles seem to get involved. Even if you don’t have any foot issues, I think it’s a great tool to improve foot strength, mobility and balance. Our feet usually get overlooked, locked away in shoes, deprived on their natural range of movement.

We purchased the Ankle Foot Strengthener Trainer for my son, who recently recovered from an ankle fracture. During physical therapy, we noticed the therapist using a similar device, so we decided to give this one a try at home. It’s been a helpful tool in his recovery—providing just the right resistance and support to rebuild strength. We're seeing steady progress, and it’s definitely working well for him!
