Leaked and felt cheap. Bought for ZERO G hose, since i had trouble removing mine from my spigot due to Brass and Aluminum not playing well with each other. LUCKILY I had teflon tape and I could, with a wrench and a lot of heat, get it off slowly, but eventually. This was to almost be sacrificial in a way, by being willing to be fused to the end and give me a new brass end that shouldn't negatively react to my attachments. That was the plan, but these leak and are poorly made.

Once installed, this fitting works just great. Installing it was a bit of a puzzle. The included gasket / washer that goes between it and the 1 inch pipe you attach it to is soft. I spent about an hour attaching and removing this over and over. Each time it leaked. The problem was that the soft rubber gasket was so soft, that it deformed when over thightened. I tried it tighter, and tighter and really tight. No good. Then I started looking with a flashlight into the fitting I could see the gasket / washer was deforming. Finally I screwed it onto the pipe barely finger tight. Perfect! No leaks. Never saw that before and I do a lot of work with plumbing and pipe fittings around my place.Bottom line, works great, but start out putting it on more gently than you ever would have imagined as you watch for it to stop leaking and then STOP.
