It was not a direct fit. There was welding required to make it fit on my 97 Chevy Tahoe. 100.

Someone welds 2 bungs on the same pipe for position 2 o2 sensor, 1 couldn't even put the o2sensor in due to lack of space. Had to drill hole in proper pipe and weld a new bung.

Item does not fit 1988-1998 Chevy K series. Left down pipe not long enought and is in the way of the front driveshaft.

Thought the cats was rattling inside ended up being the extra plug hole for the 02 sensor. Make sure to tighten all bolts

For a 1999 Chevy Suburban LS this system works but the problem is to save bulk shipping the crossover is cut and expanded for smaller packaging. That joint can not leak at all. It sends fresh air to the O2 sensor in bank 1 sensor 2 and causes bad readings (Venturi effect) causing the sensor 2 to stay lean most of the time depending on how bad a leak it is. The solution was to buy some good 2 inch U-bolts and offset them. Used a smoke tester to find the leak.Second, the flange donuts that come with the kit have material inside that would come loose and block the catalytic converters; the material was already smashed and coming loose from shipping. I ordered good ones from AutoZone that has smooth steel inside and the clips to hold them in place during installation.Road tested OK after a week of working on it. Not as easy as it looks to install. The transmission has to be lifted up about 2 inches and the cross member has to be removed to get the converter in place. and that cross member has to be turned just right to get it out. use the hole on the drivers side frame to get the room needed to get past the frame steel. Also remember to get a good seal on the flange that connects the rear piping or the bank 2 sensor 2 will have the same problem as the O2 sensor is mounted after the flange. The system must be completely sealed in front of the O2 sensors or you will get a lot of error codes from O2 readings. Once it is sealed the two sensor 2s should follow close together most of the time on the graph (green and brown). First graph was with no leaks and second with leaks. (edited: switch in graphs)
