It’s the same as original other than the triangle piece for the push rod to manually lock/unlock. It’s a smaller and therefore the rod is not in the correct place. Front door replacement were correct but not the rear door replacements

The rods are a real pain to remove and Install by the design of the car, the latch itself fit great and more importantly fixed my power lock issue! Awesome! These are no longer available through gm so it's nice somebody stepped up with a good quality, affordable alternative.

will not allow the door to be unlocked we with key. Mechanism too loose
