So the chair is not as comfortable as you would think. I had dx racer before and it was way better.The problem now is with returning the chair as it was sold by a third party and they are being very difficult to accept returns like asking for original packaging or packed in the same way the chair arrived which is not gonna happen. I already trashed the original package and neither Amazon nor the seller is helping facilitating the return. Not to mention, its big and heavy and wont really fit in my car.So now I am stuck with an uncomfortable chair and an unhelpful seller.My advise, avoid this chair in the first place, for the price you are paying there are way better chairs, but if you decide to go with it then make sure to buy one sold and shipped by Amazon that way you can deal with Amazon return and they can pick it up from the door instead of dealing with a bad seller.

Just received the chair and put it together. Very simple since it comes mostly pre-assembled (8 Bolts for me). Sits nice and comfortable (300 lbs). Only wish would have been premium wheels for the price. I already had a set from my last gaming chair. Only been a few hours, but good chair so far. Will update if it doesn't last me 7 years like the last chair.

Ein bisschen teuer, aber das Geld wert, wenn man viel sitzt.Hatte früher einen Gamer Stuhl von UVI Chair, der war hart wie beton.Der Arozzi Stuhl ist echt bequem und sehr gute Qualität.

This is a really comfortable chair. There are a lot of different adjustments that allow you to position it to your liking.

Finally received my gaming chair today. Was super excited to start putting it together. I put the base together then finally took the seat out of the box and just my luck. The armrest on the left side of the chair is damaged. Unbelievable! I sat in one of these chairs while in a Nebraska Furniture store a year ago and finally got around to buying it recently so this is pretty disappointing. I don't see anything else wrong with the chair so if that isn't a problem for anyone then it's fine. But paying for a damaged product will always be a bummer in my books.

Nearly 3 years into owning this chair, it violently squeaks any time I move or shift my weight, likely because one of the seat supports on the bottom has snapped.Unfortunately I don't want to attempt welding it together underneath, so unless I can purchase just a replacement base, this chair will need to be sent to the curb.Edit: The bottom of the chair has finally given out. Awaiting another response from support to see if a new base can be acquired.Edit Edit: I had to pay for a replacement base, which I received and after 1 month it has snapped 2 welds and is no longer structurally sound. I can feel myself sitting crooked in the chair and my back pain is pretty intense from it.

Some plastic covers a bit brittle and not easy to fit.But happy enough with the chair and wouldn't tell anybody not to buy it.

This chair fits me well, it fits me and has a good seat cushion and lumbar support. The only two drawbacks that I have are that the assembly was difficult because of over torqued bolts (had to use locking vise grips to loosen) and that the seat does not lower quite enough (needs to be 2 - 3 inches lower) . Good upholstery that is easy to clean. Fully articulated arms are nice to have. Legs have enough room to move them around. the caster wheels are smooth and quiet. I do use a carpet protector normally, but the times I have used on carpet seem relatively smooth rolling. swivel is also very smooth and quiet. Removed one star for the difficulty with over torqued bolts during assembly.

Excelente silla, muy sencilla de armar, trae todo lo necesario para hacerlo y los tornillos vienen pre fijados para evitar errores al ponerlos, el acojinado es firme y al no ser de piel o curpiel (es de tela) se siente mas fresca. El peso es hasta 120 Kgs asi que si eres una persona de 1.82 y 95 Kgs, esta silla es para ti

Admittedly I was skeptical about buying another off-brand chair on amazon but with most "name brand" chairs on back order I was willing to take a risk. Extremely glad I did. The quality is outstanding on this, pillows are plush build quality great feels like a chair that could last for years of daily use. Highly recommend.
