PERFECT A5 journal, Van Gogh painting on the cover, spine, and on the back as well. Small quote in etched font along the front, and a strap to keep it closed. Wonderful paper quality, and the cover is a nice texture. FANTASTIC hidden gem!

This book is beautiful especially for the fact that it's simply a book that you can write and draw in. However, the tactility of it, the color scheme and the fact that it references one of the old art masters makes it even better.

Got this for my daughter to draw in the car, and probably it's a little bit too nice for her age in fact. Was surprised to find that it seems pretty high quality, overall is well constructed, has a ton of pages for a sketch book (200). I love the design on the front being Starry Night, it also has a little elastic to keep it closed, overall not much to dislike about this sketchbook, price at $16 dollars isn't the greatest, but definitely not the worst sketchbook to wind up with for that amount of money. It's pretty thick and the cover is stiff enough that it provides decent enough flat surface for your drawing even if you just hold it on your lap.
