The bath rail is solid and well made. The shipping container was way too thin to use for mailing. Box arrived torn with numerous holes allowing item to get minor scratches. Seller needs to use proper shipping containers however as I said the bath rail is nice quality.

I am disabled with mobility issues. I rent and place I rent from is not handicap friendly since I don't need a wheelchair. If I want grab rails in tub or around toilet I have to not only buy them but also pay landlord to improve by installing them. (My toilet I have seat with handles but the tub? Nothing until this.) They will charge me $500 for labor and damage. Yes looking for new place. In mean time I need something. I live with family until now I had to have someone spot me. Pain in the rear undressing and dressing in a bathtub and keep clothes dry just for my brother or Son in law to help me get in and out of tub. Well no more. This blessing is perfect. No spotting for bathing. Easier to stand up from my shower seat. Travel we stayed at motel only one handicap room and it was booked. Hooked this to side of tub with my shower chair no issues.Only issue is if your tub is fiberglass like mine if tightened to much you may break or crack the tub wall.

Easy connection to the tube. Fits tight without scratching the tub and offers good support.

This is a heavy item. It arrived with the shipping box in pretty bad shape. It had a scratch on it. It's made for bath or shower, so it will be subject to moisture and will rust. Custom service wasn't the best. Offered 10% off if we would keep it. Or we could send it back. We kept it, painting it and see how it last.

My bath tub was older and had a substantial lip. This fits wonderfully and stays tight. I purposely bought this because on the weight limitations. Not too many are rated for heavier weights, and I needed something for my husband over 220 lbs. This works!

Would not be without one of these ever again! So many accidents happen in the tub, it is so worth it to have this support system for entering and exiting to bathe.
