This in care baby monitor is a surprisingly well put together piece of kit for the $55.00 price point (June 2025 with coupon) and should be usable in just about any vehicle see details below. Both the monitor and the camera use the standard small ball and socket connector that I usually associated with GPS mounts. This means that instead of having to use the associated sticky mount, you can use whatever compatible mount you have for either end.The unit comes with its own dedicated 12v plug with an on/off switch and the cable from the Y where one wire goes to the monitor the other is the camera feed allows for about 13' (yes, *feet*) of cable length. So, if you happen to be using a stretch limo to cart around your child, you can use this too. :)Picture is clear - I had a bit of a oddity realizing it was mirrored and a bit fisheyed. Going into the settings allowed me to up the brightness (live in desert, very bright both inside and outside the car) and turn off the mirror feature. By using my own camera mount options I would be sacrificing the units anti-shake mount (around a headrest post) but I feel that I can crank down my preferred mounts just as well. For the gadget lover in me, this is great. The night vision option allows for monitoring without having to worry about keeping a sleeping child or adult awake.I like it, and I can recommend it.

Cool camera with nice display. Clamp works well on headrest. Cords were all long enough and it was easy to setup. The night view could be a bit more clear, but it’s certainly good enough to get a good glance.

This baby car camera is a game-changer for new parents. The 5.2" 1080P display delivers sharp visuals, and the 3X zoom lets you catch every detail of your little one. Night vision works flawlessly in low light without disturbing sleep, and the patented anti-shake mount keeps the view steady on bumpy roads. Installation is a breeze—under three minutes with no tools or residue, thanks to the reusable suction mount. Adjustable brightness ensures clear viewing in any condition. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and gives peace of mind on every drive. Highly recommend!

I have a mirror to see my baby in the back of the car, but I usually have to put a blanket over most of her carseat to keep the sun from being directly in her eyes on our commute to and from daycare. I thought that if I had a camera, I'd have an easier time seeing her. Overall, I'm quite happy with it, with one star knocked off because there should probably be other ways to secure the camera to your car. Here are my thoughts:The setup: Everything is corded. The monitor plugs into the cigarette lighter part of your car. There is a stand to attach to the monitor with an adhesive that you can put on your dash. Then, there is another long cord that runs to a small camera (think webcam size) that goes to the backseat to view your baby. The camera is meant to attach to the headrest in the back of the car. However, if you have a sedan setup like mine (picture below) where the "prongs" of the headrest are not exposed/adjustable, there isn't really a way to attach the camera as intended. I managed to attach the camera to the seatbelt, which worked out pretty well because I could slide the camera down the seatbelt so it was peeking at my baby under the blanket shade I gave her. This works well enough for my purposes, but if your headrests in the backseat are like mine, you'll need an alternative way to secure the camera. It seems like they could potentially include or suggest another way to attach it for people with cars like mine. Also, I decided to just leave the monitor in the cupholder rather than use the adhesive to put it on the dash because my husband and I would like to move it between our cars as needed, and I wasn't sure how removable the mount would be. It was a little awkward to have it just sitting in the cupholder, but it worked well enough, and I wasn't as distracted looking at my baby while I was driving as I might have been if it were on the dash.Instructions/turning it on: it's pretty simple plug and play (aside from figuring out where to attach the camera). The instructions are not super detailed, but they don't really need to be. There is a button on the part that goes in the cigarette lighter where you can turn the unit on. If you leave it on, it of course turns off when you turn off your car, and comes on again when you turn your car on.The monitor: picture quality is great! It was so nice to see that my baby was sleeping on our way home today.Overall: I think our best use of this will be on longer road trips rather than day-to-day, but I do like it for the daily commute too. I'll keep using it unless I get annoyed by the proliferation of cords or the camera placement. I would say the overall value is mid-tier.

The baby monitor is a simple solution to keeping an eye on precious cargo. Overall, I would recommend it.Pros:- The unit is very easy to install. It does only take a few minutes.- Picture quality is decent, and the low-light camera works well.- The controls and settings are pretty simple and straightforward and doesn't require a bunch of adjustment.Cons:- The wires are a bit unwieldy and a better cable management system would be helpful.

The item was nicely packaged. The setup was so easy and the setup was a breeze!I had quite a few of these baby camera in the past. I was looking to replace my old one and I found this luckview brand one. One of the features that stood out was that this can be turned off anytime. On the socket plug you can click the orange power button to have this turned off anytime! The quality of the item was nothing short of meeting expectations. It does the job well for baby monitoring. The screen was definitely 1080. It took about 2 minutes to set it up. Amazing product and quality.
