Worked great to black out our room! We installed these behind our pretty curtains...Hard to find a white blackout curtain that still blocks out the sun. I have 2 of these in my room, when I ordered a 3rd it came in the wrong size. Easy fix via amazon but worth noting.

I ordered a set for each of my master bedroom windows. They are so heavy I ended using one panel per window. I intended to hang them as illustrated but because they are so heavy I used a double rod and hung the blackout panel on the back rod.

This fabric is excellent. It is very Matt, and it hangs itself out mostly As far as wrinkles are concerned. A little steaming would work. It is 100% light blackout.

The liners came with hooks so they were easy to hang and they do an excellent job of cutting the amount of light coming into the room

DO NOT BUY THE BLACKOUT CURTAINS FROM THIS SELLER! When heated by the sun THEY SMELL like dirty, sweaty gym socks/towels!! I ordered 6 of them and smelled them when I received them and they had no chemical smell and seemed great so I ordered 2 more for another room. I didn't install them right away but as soon as I did when they were heated by the sun they let off the stinky sock smell and it fills the whole room and is totally noticeable when you walk in. I contacted the seller and they did refund me for 2 of them but they wouldn't refund the first 6 as they are "outside of 30 days old" - BARELY! I ordered them on June 27th and received the first 6 in 3 separate shipments on 6/29, 7/1 and 7/5 so basically 41 days since I received the last shipment for the first order. I finally got around to putting them up on 7/22 and they were easy to install and worked well at blocking out the light so I ordered 2 more for another room. But then within days I started noticing the smell. At first I didn't think it was the curtains but I finally figured it out in about a week. I left on vacation on 8/1 and am just getting back to my routine and sent a message to the seller. Needless to say I never even installed the last 2 I ordered. My bad for not putting them up sooner so I would have realized sooner but shame on the company for taking $150 for a product that needs to go right in the garbage and will fit right in there because they smell like garbage!!

The one on the left is lined and one on right is not. You can definitely tell the difference. I'm not a huge fan of the hooks, but I have tab back curtains so you can't see where I stuck them in the tab backs. Great liner for the price. I especially like that they are white on both sides. I purchased a different brand that was grey on the inside and I didn't like that.
