I NEVER leave reviews, let alone bad ones.I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. We bought the 3-in-1 mower in August of 2024.It assembled fairly easily and use was straight forward. We used it a couple times, winterized it and stored it on our garage. In May we pulled it out to use it and it wouldn’t start. Gas was spewing from the exhaust vent.We wrote weize and requested a replacement product because the product was barely used and had been stored properly.They had us have the carburetor cleaned and offered $50 for my troubles. This did not work. When we told them this they said they would ship a carburetor for free because they still felt that was the problem.Almost a month later the part still had not arrived. Again I was offered another $50 for the inconvenience of now having to pay for yard care.The carburetor finally came in, was replaced, and surprise…. It still didn’t work. We asked for a replacement product or a refund of purchase price.I was quite disappointed when I received the “refund”, which was what I originally paid minus the “previous refund” amount of $100 which I had already been paid. I feel duped and mistreated.Upset, I asked why I couldn’t just get a replacement mower and they lied and said they no longer carry that mower (which was a lie, because you can obviously see the listing here) and that per Amazon policy they couldn’t offer anything over what I originally paid.As if the whole ordeal wasnt preposterous enough they said I could repurchase a newer model for a $50 discount.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFFORT!!!!!

Quality problems out of the box. The height adjustment handle hits the rear wheel so you have to force it hard to adjust the height. The grass catching bag was deformed from being jammed in the box and didn't fit the mower very well. Typical of some Chinese designs, this mower LOOKS like what you'd expect, but if your expectation are high, you will be disappointed. I wasn't able to return it, so I figured I'd beat it hard and hope it died. I pushed it fast into thick, tall vegetation for over an acre, but It didn't stall. The 201cc motor cut through thick weeds several feet tall in my pasture and around the property without blinking. In the end, I bought another Troy-Bilt mower for cutting my grass, but I will use this as a small brush-hog until it dies.

I got this after researching mowers for my father. It was easy to step up and he loves that he doesn't have to bend over at 6'1". His only complaint is the wheels aren't self powered but he said he's still happy with it. Starts easily and has cut his mowing time in half. He likes that he can use the bag or not.

I had never heard of this brand before, but glad I bought this. It's a great mower that is easy to start and never any issues. Such a great mower for the price.

I was kind of hesitant to buy this mower because of some bad reviews, but the mower I got works great. It has a more powerful motor 144cc than my previous mower 125cc and at a lower price. It was easy to put together and it came with oil. it started right up and cut the tall grass easily. I heard complaints that it was too load, but it didn't seem any louder than my previous mower. Still, I just got it today so I can't say how well it will hold up.the only thing I saw wrong with it is that the height adjustment keeps slipping; It doesn't look like something that difficult to fix but I just used a tie wrap to hold it in place because I don't plan on changing the height once I set it; but technically that is a legitimate issue.

The lawnmower arrived on time and unscathed. Unfortunately, it also arrived not working. I am one who believes, 90% of the time, it is “operator error”. I was relentless in trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. This company’s customer support was with me every inch of the way. There were two situations which wound up needing to be remedied: Firstly, the spark plug needed to be seated correctly. That entailed a thread chaser to resolve the problem. I purchased a thread chaser and handled that. Secondly, the mechanism which allowed for proper gas flow, was incorrectly installed. This entailed a readjustment to the “On-Off” cable. I needed a mechanic to handled this situation. In the end, it works. I was assured, by the mechanic, it is actually a very good mower, with a good engine.
