Only Side Sticks Are UsableMiddle Sticks Will Not Hit You If You Stand In The MiddleArms Are Very FlimsyMake Sure Not To Hit Them or They Will Break EventuallyCord to Power the Machine Is Placed at the Bottom and because of Gravity it Falls A lotInstruction Manual did not Show How to Make it Start Working and Since It Is In Another Language It Was Nearly Impossible To figure Out How To Use ItIf You do An Uppercut Or A hard Punch The Cord Will Fall OutI recommend not putting a nail through the foam noddle to keep it in place. The Noddle starts to sag a lot downward after a few minutes. To fix it I recommend spinning the noodle 180 degrees.Fasten with a toothpick to allow this.Owner also lied about the ability to change speeds when I messaged him.Video Below Shows How 2/4 of the Sticks Are UselessThis Problem Would be Easily Fixed if the Moving Base Was Angled Towards the Middle Instead of Just Straight.

Received the product with a unit that didn’t work at all when plugged in. Additionally, the parts didn’t fit together and the screws didn’t even screw together.

This is very cheap in my opinion and the overall utility is just okay does most of the same stuff. Good for doing a work out but not for learning to box or anything. May increase the average person's reflexes though.

I have a few basic issues, this item is far too expensive.The build quality is low ie a lot of plastic and if you are not careful with it you will break it.The settings are too simple and repetitive.If you are an adult, I would look elsewhere but it probably wouldn’t be bad for a kid that’s a beginner.Until We Meet Again-Off the Grid Ken

The assembly is easy. The instructions tell you enough to operate. I like how it has random settings to go up to 99 circuits of different punches.I like using it for head movement. Came with one crack but was not a big deal.

The boxing machine was easy to mount. We got it for the kids and they have a blast with it. It does make a lot of noise when they use it. But overall the kids love using it and get some exercise in while stuck in the house due to the cold. I do think based on quality it is best for kids, seems like if it was hit too hard it might break.

Out of the box it is light, breakable plastic, with buttons labeled in Chinese. For consumers reading English you'll need to relabel with your own stickers. There are two modes: Combination or Random.When choosing Combo, you can only program up to 4 motions of the arms and then it repeats that same 4 strike combo at a constant pace with same pause in between. The Random mode gives some unpredictability but, mind you, it is still always 4 strikes at a steady tempo. Absolutely overpriced. Considering how little it does and how feeble the plastic parts are, it should cost only half of what it sells for. If i had to do over again, i wouldn't buy it.
