I ordered 2 of these. One came in it's original packaging, and the 2nd one came in a different kind of bag. I'm assuming the 2nd one was a return because 2 of the strings were broken only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. No instructions but is super simple to put onto the crib. We are still able to use it as intended. No other issues with item! My baby was starting to get his hands and legs stuck between the crib slots and this really does help!

We started putting our 5 month old in the crib and he would wake up screaming bloody murder because he would wake up with his legs and arms caught in the rails. We decided to try this as a last resort. It has literally changed our lives. He now sleeps a solid 6 hours in his crib and I don’t have to worry about him injuring himself.

The animals on the liner are so cute! My baby loves to look at and tries to grab the animals when he is playing in his crib. It was somewhat confusing to install the first time but once it is on it made sense. I bought two, one for grandma's house (navy) and one for home (safari), and installing the second one was no problem. The baby can slide it down slightly but it will not come undone. This is only because my crib at home has too high of sides to secure to the top rail so it is tied to the vertical rails. The baby cannot pull it down on the other crib because the ties are secured to the top rail. I recommend getting one with characters versus a solid color because the baby is intrigued by the animals in his crib!
