I purchased these to help me condense my networking equipment into a new, more shallow, media console. Previously, I was using some thick coax cable that had a huge bend radius and was also way too long. The RG179 is so much nicer to work with, and it's perfect for extremely tight spaces - though I wouldn't recommend using it for long runs as it's not as robust. In my case, my speeds, using speedtest, were the same before and after. I would assume most people can get away with a few feet of RG179.

They seem to be well made, and if this is the length you need I'm sure they'll do you fine!

I needed these 6in pigtails to get rid of the thick coax cable I had running before. This is much easier to work with. I needed to run a splitter to add a tv to our kitchen and living room. (For my wife) I had two 6ft cables before and it looked like a rats nest in our corner. These cables solved that problem and now looks much better. I immediately tested the picture quality to make sure I wasn't losing anything on the split and everything is running great. Extremely happy with this purchase. Highly recommended!

It works , not much more to say about a simple adapter.

I needed a short coax cable to run from the wall to the cable box. This is very thin and very short. Kind of pricey for what it is, but when you need a “special” item, you have to pay the price. It is flexible, so no issues with bends or curves in the cord. Picture quality is fine also.

I have a converted utility trailer that needed a cable connection box on both sides of the wall. Traditional coaxial cable is too stiff but this cable worked perfectly!*** NOTE: Make sure the opposite end is not directly inline with the other side connection (stagger the ends)
