Adjustable Design:

How to Operate:
1. First, put the cake blank (not included) in the center of the turntable.
2. Adjust the distance between the horizontal knife and the vertical knife.
3. Turn on the power and adjust the rotation speed of the turntable (60-80rpm). Use a decorative bag to apply cream on the side from bottom to top; Apply evenly from the center to the outside.
4. Clean the cream on the horizontal and the vertical knives.
5. Adjust the pressing force of the horizontal knife when water chestnut appears.
6. Move the horizontal and vertical knives away and complete troweling the cake blank.

I would buy again tbh. If I needed a new machine I would purchase it all over again. The amount of time it takes to ice a cake is incredible and it makes the cake look so much more elegant.

Great machine for starters! It will help you to make your cake in a good and clean shape just as you wanted. I whipped the cream somewhere between firm peaks and stiff peaks so it can be smooth while holding the shape well. The machine is easy to adjust the width and the height, I get used to it really fast and it does help me to save times and make the whole process easier!
