No where near the quality of their higher end models, yet it’s perfect for project bikes or any box store upgrades. Crown race just slides on and comes with everything you need to install your headset. Very happy with the price and performance.

As described (and pictured) in other reviews, the cups are stamped and not machined. Made it a little more difficult to press w/ the rounded tops. The bearings are nice, sealed cartage on both top and bottom. Nice for the price but not exactly as described.

tengo una santa cruz bullit 2 ya viejita y es todod un lio encontrar piezas para estas bicicletas, pero encontre las especificaciones en pink bike y afortunadamente las pude comprar en amazon, perfectas y se ven muy bien.

Great product! Fits perfectly with the Nashbar Alloy Road Frame. The quality you expect from Cane Creek products. Would have preferred a metal crown race, but the plastic is working just fine!

Delivered on time. The set fit exactly on my tube, no hassle putting it. Easy To install. A low maintenance headset, easy to clean no need too much grease on it like the loose ball.

The crown race was just plastic, but I guess with cartridge bearings, that is all that is needed. I bought this just to replace the bearings on an existing headset, because buying this whole headset was cheaper than buying the bearings separately!

I am making a custom bike for my wife from a Giant eSuede frame which was originally equipped with a quill (threaded) stem. This particular headset was perfect for my needs. It is visually appealing, while being affordable and functioning well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a replacement or to retrofit your bike.
