Fantastic quality. Easy set up. It does larger size prints than your average printer and images come out very colorful, clear and true.

It took me 2 weeks to get customer service on the phone, because this printer kept giving me a error message when setting it. That's why I gave a 3 star and the fact it prints a Lil slow

Easy to set up. Great copies. Print speed is fast enough for home use. It is a little larger than other printers I have had but it works much better.

Buena impresora pero los consumibles son muy caros y los cartuchos no originales o sistemas siss pueden afectar en la calidad de las fotografías impresas y la decoloración

This is my second one of these. The first one was awesome BUT, it's my fault, I clogged up the print head by not using it enough and I figured I'd just get a new one since I wasn't sure it replacing the print head would fix my issue. But the first printer lasted over 2 years and probably would still be working if I had followed their recommendation and used it at least once a week. If you don't the print heads can dry out and cause a "fault error."But I love the quality of this printer AND the fact the ink is CHEAP. I love that it prints poster sized paper, and the colors are great quality. It doesn't have a scanner... printer ONLY. However so many phone work as scanners these days, I didn't see the need for an "all in one."

Like may potential printer purchasers, I have multiple networks streaming into my home. From my mesh routers, from the network provider, from multiple neighbors, plus several mystery networks. This printer does not give the option of which network to use. The printer somehow, mysteriously, selects a network for you. There is a blue light that indicates the printer in connected to a network -- but it has been impossible to determine which network. The user app will reportedly interpret error codes but does not have a place to show the network being used or other technical information.Documentation is not user friendly. The printer does not allow simultaneous WiFi and cable connection. The user interface is primitive! The user interface consists of three buttons:- White light button- Yellow light button- Blue network buttonTo select an action you press a yellow button and then count the number of times a white light blinks. Example: Four blinks = align print head. Ten blinks = connect to the network.Heaven help if you do not count correctly! No telling what process you have initiated!Error codes are a series of flashes:- Yellow light 13 flashes = Print Head Aliment Failure.- Yellow and white 31 alternating flashes = printer error (Thirty-one)I was able to connect to the printer with an internet cable attached to a mesh router node. The printer has two advantages for me: It uses the same color cartridges I have accumulated over the years and it prints on up to 11" by 17" stock.I will give the printer a try -- but will be quick to return it if I am not successful in connecting to WiFi or it has other issues.

I have been printing my own photos for over 15 years. My Epson Artisan 1430 lasted 8 years. It was a great printer. But Epson's quality seems to have dropped off a cliff. When I look for a photo printer i need the following items:~Great color quality~Large format paper (13"x19")~Ability to use third party paperThis printer meets those needs. The price is perfect and so far the quality is above average. The printer does tend to print darker than what is on screen; this is normal. Screens use 3 color tech and printers use 4 color tech. I can easily adjust the color when using InDesign by editing the file in Photoshop. When you read reviews about printers, many people whine about the price of ink. This is ridiculous. A 13"x19" photo printed at my local pro photo shop will cost around $30. The set of 4 color replacement ink costs $50.If I can print 10 13"x19" images for $50 of ink, I am saving a ton of money. (Don't use third party ink, it will clog your jets and who knows what is in that stuff)The print spooling and printing times are not super fast, but that is to be expected. I do not use the wi-fi setup...when printing 75megabyte files, I use USB.If you want to print high quality images (photos from a DSLR, not your iphone) check out this printer. I can print 13"x19" down to 4"x6" borderless prints and after some tweaking to my photos for printing, I am happy with the quality.
