Cheaply made. The cat in the on at the base is made out of a thin metal and bends easily. When I put a roll on it didn't fit.

I could not get this put together because it was so cheaply made. The screws would not align & the little cats were so thin I bent one just trying to put it on. Do not buy!!

It's cute. But when I received it, the cat on the base was bent. You can straighten it out, but be careful, or you'll break it

A new role makes this too tight to work properly. But once you get it down a bit, it works great. Love the whole cat thing.
