This is one way to make a simple - and tasty - cup of coffee ... if you take your time! The process for this is different from a standard pour-over or anything else. I rushed my first attempt, but with my second attempt I got a great cup of coffee! There are plenty of sites on the web that will elaborate on the process, but simply put: Start with with fresh ground coffee in this cloth filter (I used the same measure I would for an aeropress or pour-over), put the filter into your cup, pour enough hot water over the grounds to moisten them all and let it sit for 30 seconds to "bloom", then add the rest of the water - letting it sit for about 4 minutes. Lift the filter to let the water drain out, then thoroughly rinse the filter and set it aside to dry. Great coffee - very smooth and robust!
