Baskets are not baskets at all they are some weird wooden dowel material, the covers are cheapy hair nets that should not be used to cover dough up. You attempt to clean these they will be destroyed and fall appart. I am so sick of these companies pretending to sell quaility products and sell junk that the dollar store would not sell. To the trash it goes

Most of the tools and materials are pretty well done. I really like the bowl covers for proofing and the tools that are included. It even comes with a sifter which is nice for the decorative element of the loaves.The wooden handles are great as long as they are hand washed and oiled regularly. The top of the dough whisk did come loose after a little bit which I was disappointed in. Everything else is very nice and even the baskets are organic which I enjoy. They aren't the highest quality baskets, but everything else is very nice.It was nice to have all these included as I only needed my dough starter and ingredients for the bread.
