I wrote a bad review on this item saying it quit working & wouldn’t recharge.I figured out how to get it to work! The lid must be on dispenser when charging. Light will be flashing. Let it charge til light goes off. Then press the power button down til light comes on.It worked again after that.

I was initially drawn to this AMYESE Automatic Foam Soap Dispenser because of its adorable unicorn design, and my kids loved it too! Unfortunately, while the design is cute, the overall quality left a lot to be desired. It stopped working after just two weeks, which is really disappointing considering the price.The build quality feels cheap and definitely doesn’t match the cost. Another frustrating issue is that it tends to get dirty between the acrylic panel and the container, which makes it harder to clean and maintain.

The sensor works, and the foam it dispenses is very thick and creamy (I used a very small amount of the Method Gel Hand Wash, mixed with water), but the bottle leaks out of the bottom onto my counter. The container holding the liquid is not sealed properly or water-tight and is therefore useless - the top does not seem to seal and comes off easily if you tip it over. I'm sad because it works otherwise and my daughter loves it, which encourages her to wash thoroughly with soap. I will be returning it.***UPDATE: I fixed it! The instructions were unclear (they were not in English) and I believe I simply over-filled the container. Whoops! I love this dispenser, just be careful not to use too much liquid inside - An easy thing to avoid, and it has absolutely no other issues (for now). I hope it lasts a long time, because my daughter loves washing her hands now.

So CUTE!! It works perfectly all day every day!!Just put your hand under its beak/mouth and it spits the perfect amount of soap into your hand. The amount of soap it spits out is adjustable which is a great feature! Another good point is the soap in it lasts such a long time!!

Working now. Had to trouble shoot the following...My mistakes...- I put regular liquid soap straight in and forgot to dilute with water- because i didn't dilute with water at first, i rinsed off plastic bit at the bottom of the spray tubeMoving fwd...- i'll put water in first then add the liquid soap- 3-4 parts water, to 1 part liquid soap- use a spoon to stir up the soap+water mixture until it gets bubbly- don't get the head wet. it has the motor. so no shaking, tipping, or rinsing the elephant head... just wipe it down with a cloth

This auto soap dispenser is a game changer for potty training! My son loves being able to get his own soap and looks forward to using it. It charges well, looks great, and is easy to operate. My son loves it so much he won’t let use it lol!

This dispenser works *great*. The whole light up for 20 seconds bit is an awesome added feature. I just wanted a soap dispenser for our daughters' bathroom for the foam soap they love. I thought something like this that dispensed automatically would be great; and I was right. No more soap all over the bathroom counter. The timer helps make sure our younger daughters wash their hands for long enough. My only criticism is it doesn't work while plugged in. So far we've had it a month or two and it's still working great. Cute, well made, functional. So easy to use without making a mess that our 4yo has no issues with it at all. She loves seeing the kitty light up while cleaning her hands.

I tried to use this with regular soap -- doesn't work, even if you water it down (lol). Bought foaming hand soap and it works like a charm!!! Very cute and works well!!!! (Deducting one star only because it isn't clear what kind of soap to use and the process was annoying)

Love this little guy! I got it so my toddler would have an easier time washing his hands, and now it is one of my favourite things I ever got. It makes me so happy!
