I bought the product as it stated it would fit binders and it is actually short an inch in size to fit a binder. My intention was to use it to organize my binders at work as I teach, but now I need to find an alterntative.

The instructions clearly show identical metal slots on the bottom of BOTH sides of the main component.Mine was missing the right slot (On the product picture showing the dimensions, it's along the number 9.84"). Instead of the 4 feet needed for assembly, I received 5. Assembly required four screws, I received six. The screws were all Phillips screws (cross head). The package included a FLAT screwdriver that could not be used for those screws. The package included a plastic plug for screwing "something" into concrete. Somebody who bought a product that needs to be attached to a concrete wall will be missing that plug. And would it have greatly inconvenienced them to include a set of blank labels?Quality control is obviously a foreign concept to the people that make this product.

I was fooled by the photo and did not read/measure carefully enough. Standard 3 ring binders are about 10 1/2 inches wide so won't fit in this organizer which won't accommodate anything wider than 9 1/2 inches. Nothing wider than a magazine or standard file folder will fit (the file tabs may get in the way if they are middle tabs). I can use it to organize my desk, but sadly not for my binders. It seems well made/sturdy and comes with easy to follow visual directions, more than enough screws, and a screwdriver and is easy to put together. I'm taking off one star for the deceptive photo which includes what appear to be binders.

I purchased this item to store cardstock in. It works perfectly for this. It's sturdy enough to hold a large quantity and was easy to assemble.Ordered 2 but 1 held all the cardstock I had. Works well.
