This is a great mold for the Dubai chocolate bar. This was an experiment so having an inexpensive mold to use was nice. It was deep so I could put a good layer of the chocolate and filler. it worked as expected. it cleaned up easily. The designs in the top piece were a nice touch and added elegance to my bar.
