Nice large size with plenty of envelopes for important documents. I will be able to organize everything my kids will need to have when I pass away. Nice quality and good value.

I’m honestly pretty upset about the condition it was in when I got it. It’s brand new, just opened the package and it’s all beat up. If the UPS store was closer, I would return it. The durability is questionable.

This important document organizer is both cute and functional! It has plenty of pockets to keep all my important papers in one place, and the included labels make everything easy to find. Great for staying organized without the clutter and keeping documents in place so I don't loose them.

This was exactly what I needed to keep my important documents organized and safe in one place. It has many dividers and slots so it holds a lot. It’s well made. It looks classy and can be used to hold many different documents and papers.

I love this little folio. Plenty of stickers and pages to really organize each category and keep it organized. The Binder is of good quality, and it holds its shape. The pages are scrapbook-type paper, so they may tear easily, but I haven't had the issue. This is a huge folio, and with the bigger one, I can easily put documents in that are paper-sized and not have to fold them.

I'm not sure what the officially stated us of this binder is supposed to be, (I don't think I'm the kind of person who needs an "Anti-Lost Binder" lolol) but I'm using it to keep track of all the contracts & work orders that have started piling up as I'm building a house. So far it seems pretty good for that. The first three inserts are vertical-load manila folders. The next three (4-6) are side-load. The last two inserts have multiple smaller envelopes. I've decided to organize my stuff by origin/purpose, so the first one will be for docs related to the land purchase, the second for the package from the lumber company, the third for construction loan docs, the fourth for contractor contract, etc. I anticipate it'll be nice to have the smaller ones once we start seeing receipts, etc. I appreciate that the folders expand to about an inch thick each, so I can put a lot of papers in each, but there's no accommodation made for this increased thickness in the top parts of the envelopes. So as the thickness increases I'll have to either be happy with the "lids" being curved or fold them myself.I'm not that impressed by the certain variety of stickers they included. I know my purpose is non-standard, so I wasn't expecting them to be relevant for me, but it seems like there are more of them than I'd know what to do with lol. There are no "tabs" or anything that sticks out on any of the inserts, so where would you put them?? There's no separators for items inside the envelopes that might have such a tab either, and if there were it would mess with the closing of the envelopes. There is one sticker-sized box on the front of each envelope, but there are a LOT of stickers for only using one per envelope... This could be my failing, as I "just don't get it" lol.I also hesitate to write on the index. It seem so permanent! The cover is lovely! The sortof "sticky" fabric cover will help to keep from dropping it once it's heavy & full of stuff. Not sure if it'll be hard to clean, or perhaps water-repellant.

There is one issue, this is a four binder book, and if you want to add sheets and with a sheet protector, a three binder page or sheet protector will not fit. You can get four ring binder sheet protectors or hole punch online.I have a heavy binder of Household and important documents. And, I am transferring a certain amount of documents to this four-ring binder. Since I have been working on storing documents for years now, I like the idea of this with pockets, large and small! I am choosing the most critical docs for my children to go through. This is the perfect book for that, providing i can get a four-hole punch and four-hole sheet protectors. I don't want to fold everything. The book is attractive, and with the pockets comes string closures. Now, when I tied the string closure, it came off, so note that you should make one complete knot in the string closure. This way you won't lose the string.LABELS! You will get plenty of labels to designate the pockets. There is also a page for Emergency Contacts. Make a copy of this to add more if needed. Oddly, my book came with a sheet of MEAL PLANNING for the week??!! You won't use this book weekly. So, don't plan any meals!! Keep it updated.CAUTIOUS ON Overloading: Since these are pockets, they can quickly become overloaded and making an uneven book. I like to display large pages, rather than folding.Give this book to a newcomer to a home, or to your children when they step out for independency. Teach them to fill this book, and to keep it updated.

It’s definitely cute. But not entirely practical. All the file folders are nearly the same size of a standard piece of paper. It’s a TIGHT fit to get the papers in and you definitely cannot do too many. The holes punches around the binder rings are pathetic. All I did was flip through and put some stuff in and they’re already showing serious signs of tear and will likely break out after a few more uses. The labels themselves makes sense on on sheet, but the other two sheets make NO sense. The most random labels that have nothing to do with keeping files. It’s a good concept but poorly executed and not worth your time or money. The binder itself is the saving grace. It’s cute and functional. The actual files, the most important part, are the parts that need so much work.
