Overall these are great door lever stoppers/locks. But be warned, if you have a toddler that will constantly try to pull on it with all there weight eventually the glue will give way. I had two of these installed around my home and that is exactly what happened to one of them. The other is still going even with all the pulling. Overall, still happy with my purchase.

This little stick might not look like much, but baby… she does NOT play. I bought this to add an extra layer of security to my door and I sleep way better now. It’s super easy to install—literally just adjust and wedge it under the doorknob or against the floor—and boom, your door’s not going anywhere.It holds firm, doesn’t slide, and gives that “don’t even try it” energy to any potential intruders. I’ve tried kicking the door from the inside just to test it (don’t judge me), and it held up like a champ. Whether you live alone, with roommates, or just want to feel safer, this is a must-have. Affordable peace of mind? Yes please.

This is a sturdy, versatile, well-made door blocker. It works exactly the way it is designed, and can be adapted to doors of different types. I have tried opening my door from the outside while this blocker is in-place on the inside, and it really does hold the door shut firmly. It can also be used on slider doors. I highly recommend this as a way to increase your home security. It would also perfect to use in hotel rooms, apartments, dorm rooms, etc.

This door stopper/security bar is really easy to use. It was quick to put together and install, and easy to adjust.It's an inexpensive way to make me feel a lot safer when I'm spending nights on my own.

This is a great doorstop/sliding door stop. I'm using it as a door stop and it was really easy to put together for that purpose. Feels sturdy and durable, I'm a pretty strong guy and had trouble opening a door with it in in place. It adds a good sense of security. I'm of the mind if someone wants to get in then they'll get in but this will hold for a bit and hopefully cause enough racket to let you know an intrusion is taking place. Works great and easy to place and remove from the door. Good value for the price and build quality feels good.

I have a brother with downs who has discovered that he can sneak out the sliding glass door of my parents house to go into the garage and eat all the ice cream he can possibly want. May not seem like any harm is being done, however he does not understand the need for shoes to walk in the snow to go to the garage, he does not put on a coat, he does not care if it is snowing/raining/thunder and lightening. We are afraid he could get lost in the dark and not be able to make it back inside or heaven forbid fall and get hurt and have no one know he is outside in the cold. The sliding glass door has a broken lock so we just use a bar which he simply lifts to escape.To help my mom not stress and the safely of my brother this security bar has been perfect. This bar is adjustable as well as one end you and twist to tighten the security bar for a securer fit. So while my brother may be able to lift the bottom bar in the window, he has not been able to figure out there is a bar at the top now and he would not have the strength to remove it. This has given my parents a piece of mind that he is not safe in the house and I know that I will not be wide awake at night thinking if my brother has escaped from my parents house.This is also a great bar you can take with you while traveling to secure your lodging doors or your own home. Would highly recommend!
