Easy to install and matches up perfectly to OEM.it’s a universal lock so be sure to match up the wire and rod connectors to your OEM. I did on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler and only had to swap the Yellow connector to the alternative spot.

2017 Wrangler 4door front passenger side. The actuator works just like it should. This was the first time I ever had to disassemble a door. It took about 2 hours. Couldn’t find a decent video for this door. Helped to have the window down about 3” to release the window mechanism from the window. There’s a rubber grommet/plug on the upper right side of door that allows access to a 8mm nut that holds the actuator assembly.

This part saved me hundreds of dollars. It worked well. It was not easy to install. This is by no means the fault of the part. This part is buried deep in the bowels of the ship and that is on Jeep. But it's in, it's done and it works. I am very happy.

The part appears to be of similar quality to the OEM part, only time will tell how long it will last. The part itself installs easily. Taking the door apart to get access the failed part is the chore. The project took me about two hours and I saved about $200 for my trouble. This is a totally doable project for anyone who feels comfortable taking apart a door assembly. If you can do a break job, you can install this part.

Fit my 2010 Jeep Wrangler (passenger door) perfectly. I would've spent $600 at a dealership to have brand name part installed. I watched a few youtube videos and it was an east job. I took my time taking everything apart and it all went back together easily. The part had one warning regarding a handle adjustment and it took me a minute to make that adjustment.
