This is the safety device I have been looking for. The french doors have been the weak spot in our secutity, and this simple device solves that problem. It takes seconds to place it at night, or remove it in the morning. It feels like you will rip the dooor knobs off the doors before tice lock gives way. One word of caution: the description calls this device "child proof." It is NOT child proof. There is nothing in the design to keep a child from pulling the steel pin and removing the device from the doors. That is the only reason this is not a five star review.

If you have double doors, this is what you need to secure your family from predators from the outside. This is easy to use and easy to take off. I highly recommend this product.
